Rupert and the Autumn Primrose story started in the Daily Express on Friday 30th August 2019.
The story opens with Rupert and Ferdy Fox off to a fair at Robin Down. It is an Alfred Bestall story that originally appeared in the paper in 1950 and was later reprinted in colour in the 1955 Rupert Annual.
Rupert and the Dover Sole ended on Thursday 29th August after 32 episodes. The Professor’s experiment with creating the lemon scent of Dover Sole plays havoc with the Nutwood cat population and it needs Tigerlily to magic a hurricane to blow it away and then normality can return to Nutwood.
