Rupert and Margot’s House which commenced on 2nd October 2022 is an Alfred Bestall story originally entitled Rupert and Margot from 1948 that appeared later in the 1950 Rupert Annual, and it has had subsequent reprints in both the Sunday and Daily Express.
John Harrold’s delightful seasonal Rupert and the Whale adventure, last seen in colour in the 1997 Rupert Annual, concluded with the safe return to his parents with the help of Cap’n Binnacle.
It is nice to see different artists being showcased in these Daily Express reprints.
