This is a formal notification that the 2025 AGM will take place at 12 noon on Saturday 30th August.
Meeting business:
- Adoption of 2024 AGM Minutes and 2024/25 accounts;
- Confirm appointment of auditors as Moorlands Accountant;
- To appoint a new Minutes Secretary;
- All other existing Committee Members are prepared to stand;
- There are no proposed changes to Rules and Constitution.
Any other proposals must be with the Secretary 30 days before the meeting.
Please note that only full members, including e-members, are eligible to propose, attend and vote.

Fun Day
The Fun Day will start at 09:00 AM. During the day various Sales, Talks and demonstrations will take place at the venue.
If you would like to join our sellers this year and sell some of your excess collection or related children's books, ephemera and artwork, tables are free. Please specify on the booking form how many you require.
