At 12 noon on Saturday 30th August.
Registration for the Fun Dat at 9.00 am.
Meeting business:
- Adoption of 2024 AGM Minutes and 2024/25 accounts;
- Confirm appointment of auditors as Moorlands Accountant;
- To appoint a new Minutes Secretary;
- All other existing Committee Members are prepared to stand;
- There are no proposed changes to Rules and Constitution.
Any other proposals must be with the Secretary 30 days before the meeting. Please note that only full members, including e-members, are eligible to propose, attend and vote.
